MINSK, 28 May (BelTA) – Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó is set to pay a working visit to Belarus on 29 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In Minsk, Péter Szijjártó and Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik will co-chair the 12th session of the intergovernmental Belarusian-Hungarian commission on economic cooperation.
“A number of trade, economic and investment issues are expected to be discussed. The work will focus on cooperation in energy, agriculture, industrial cooperation, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, construction, sports, tourism, education and science. Working groups are set to meet ahead of the commission’s session,” the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
A business forum scheduled as part of the visit will be opened by the foreign ministers of Belarus and Hungary.
The two foreign ministers will also hold one-on-one talks and a meeting with the participation of the delegations.
