MINSK, 23 August (BelTA) - Belgospishcheprom head Oleg Zhidkov is in Russia's Ryazan Oblast for the fifth installment of the business forum "Days of International Business in Ryazan Oblast” on 23 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian food industry Belgospishcheprom concern.
Among the guests of the event are representatives of Russian and foreign authorities, development institutions, and business circles interested in expanding international cooperation.
The forum participants are set to consider approaches to business development and export potential, identify new logistics routes, discuss imports amid sanctions and outline promising destinations for finding new partners.
The business program includes the country roundtables of Belarus, Iran, Turkey and China. Among the main issues are building effective trade and economic relations, country specifics of negotiations, logistics routes, promising market niches.
The forum will end in the Boiling Point technopark with a business matchmaking session tomorrow. It will bring together representatives of companies from Belarus, Uzbekistan and Armenia.
The head of the concern also took part in a meeting of the joint working group on trade and economic cooperation between Russia's Ryazan Oblast and Belarus.
