Emergencies Ministry aviation deployed to fight forest fire in Grodno Oblast

MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) - The Belarusian Emergencies Ministry aviation has been deployed to extinguish a forest fire in Grodno Oblast, BelTA learned from the ministry.

According to operational data, approximately 30 hectares of forest are on fire near the Porechye Village Council area. An Mi-8 helicopter of the Emergencies Ministry aviation has been dispatched to extinguish the blaze.
