MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) - Beach No. 5 on the Minskoye Morye water reservoir was crowded on 1 May as it was transformed into an impromptu concert hall as part of the Open Piano initiative. Anyone who wished could approach the piano and play any pieces for a local crowd. Classical, pop, rock, or improvisation… The choice was unlimited. Minsk residents enthusiastically supported the event, with talented musicians of all ages taking turns performing for several hours.
The first event was held on the shore of the lake back in 2018. Since then, it has become an annual occurrence.
