MINSK, 12 April (BelTA) - Belarusian athletes have won more gold medals at the Trampoline European Championships 2026 in Portimão, Portugal, BelTA has learned.
Belarusians were unrivaled in synchronized trampoline jumping in both the men’s and women’s events. In the men’s competition, Stanislau Yaskevich and Ivan Melnikau claimed victory with a score of 52.520 points, ahead of representatives from Germany and the Netherlands. In the women’s tournament, Zlata Miniakhmetava and Katsiaryna Yarshova took gold (48.790 points), with athletes from Portugal and Spain rounding out the top three.
The individual trampoline jumping finals for juniors under 16 took place on 12 April. In the boys’ event, our athlete Daniil Kiryushkin became a bronze medalist, while in the girls’ event, Belarusian Ksenia Pabudzei won silver. Medals in the individual events for youth under 21 and for senior athletes will be contested on Sunday evening.
