Anastasia Laurynchuk to represent Belarus at Miss World 2019

MINSK, 20 November (BelTA) – On 20 November Anastasia Laurynchuk who was second runner-up at the Miss Belarus 2018 beauty contest will leave for London that will host the 69th edition of the Miss World pageant, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Beauty School.

At first the pageant was supposed to be held in Thailand, but a decision was made later to relocate the event to England.

The Belarusian contestant is taking four big pieces of checked baggage and carry-on bags with 40 evening gowns and cocktail dresses, a national costume with headwear, 10 hats and 20 pairs of shoes. She will also bring gifts for other participants of the contest – zefir, cosmetics, products from linen. She has also packed a sable for the Talent Competition where she will perform a dance. Other items in her baggage include Belarus' flag and a book about Belarusian culture and places of interest in English.

Her team of stylists and makeup artists will stay in Belarus. In line with the rules of the Miss World pageant, contestants are supposed to do everything on their own, including preparations for the final show scheduled for 14 December.
