MINSK, 30 November (BelTA) – Possibilities for investors in the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone and Belarusian free economic zones (FEZs) were presented in Horn, Switzerland on 30 November, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) after the meeting of the Belarusian-Swiss Business Council.
The council discussed the prospects for increasing exports of goods and services from Belarus to Switzerland, working conditions in the free economic zones and the Great Stone Industrial Park, issues related to the innovation and investment activities, logistics and customs regulation in the implementation of Belarusian-Swiss projects, financial and banking instruments to promote business.
Taking part in the meeting were about 40 representatives of large Belarusian and Swiss companies of the machine-building complex, logistics, consulting companies, financial institutes, the leadership of FEZs and the Great Stone.
Representatives of the Belarusian and Swiss business communities took part in the business matchmaking event.
During the visit to Switzerland, members of the Belarusian delegation visited Buehler AG, which is the world leader in mechanical engineering for the food industry, and got acquainted with the organization of the production processes.
The meeting of the council was organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with Stadler Rail AG.
