MOSCOW, 1 December (BelTA) - The Second Eurasian Congress will take place in-person in VDNH Pavilion 57 in Moscow on 2 December, with all necessary sanitary measures in place, BelTA learned from the press service of the Eurasian Development Bank, the organizer of the event.
“The Congress has established itself as an influential forum for open dialogue between governments and businesses in Eurasia. This year, delegates will discuss how businesses and public-private partnerships can play a greater role in unlocking the potential of Eurasian integration by enhancing production and technical cooperation, sharing advanced technologies, and building new value chains,” the organizers noted.
The Belarusian delegation will be led by Deputy Prime Minister Igor Petrishenko, who is expected to speak at the plenary session “Key Investment Projects - System Drivers of Economic Growth in the EAEU”. The session will also be attended by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, Kazakhstan First Deputy Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov, Kyrgyzstan First Deputy Prime Minister Arzybek Kozhoshev, Uzbekistan Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Kuchkarov, Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the Executive Committee - CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev.
A meeting of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission featuring vice premiers of the EAEU member states will take place as part of the congress on 2 December.
