MINSK, 30 April (BelTA) – The government has adjusted the state investment program for 2026. The measure is stipulated by the Council of Ministers’ resolution No.205 of 27 April 2026, which has been officially published on the website of the national legislation registry, BelTA has learned.
According to the document, the lists of construction projects and facilities under the state investment program for 2026 are being updated within limits of the total volume of funding.
According to the changes, the program increases the volume of state capital investments at the expense of the republican budget, in particular for the Brest Oblast Executive Committee and the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee, the ministries of culture, forestry, healthcare, defense, internal affairs, the Belarus President Property Management Directorate, and the State Border Committee. More detailed information about the list of construction projects and facilities can be found in the document’s annexes.
The resolution comes into force on the date of its adoption and applies to relations as from 1 January 2026.
