MINSK, 26 February (BelTA) – Yahor Damaratski of Belarus won the Men’s 5,000m event at the ongoing Best Athletes Cup: Speed Skating at Minsk Arena on 26 February, BelTA has learned.
Leader of the Belarusian national team Yahor Damaratski secured a confident win over Russia’s Maksim Andryushin to secure the best result of 6:40.95.
Maryna Zuyeva of Belarus claimed the champion title in the Women’s 3,000m event. Hanna Damaratskaya and Ignat Golovatsiuk collected silver in the 500m each.
