Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko presents the Major General shoulder straps to Andrei Filatov
MINSK, 23 February (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko presented general’s shoulder straps to high-ranking officers in a solemn ceremony in the Palace of Independence in Minsk on 23 February, BelTA has learned.
Major-general’s shoulder straps were presented to Andrei Kravchenko, Mikhail Matrosov, and Andrei Filatov.
Shoulder straps of major general of justice were presented to Viktor Legan, and of major general of financial police to Andrei Sambuk.
