Over 200 works by Salvador Dalí on display in Minsk

MINSK, 15 March (BelTA) - More than 200 graphic works by one of history’s most famous surrealists, Salvador Dalí, are on show at the Palace of Arts in Minsk.

The Salvador Dalí Imaginarium exhibition showcases a collection featuring 17 graphic series and five bronze bas-reliefs. The exhibition showcases not only the full-scale works of the famous master, but also pieces by leading Belarusian artists and sculptors that are rooted in the principles of surrealism.
Featured at the exhibition are his series: Playing Cards, Signs of the Zodiac, Alice in Wonderland, The Divine Comedy, Hamlet, The Twelve Tribes of Israel, Pantagruel, and more.

“Salvador Dalí Imaginarium is an opportunity to see Dalí without filters or templates, discovering for yourself the magic of symbols, melting forms, and unbridled imagination,” the organizers said.
The exhibition will run until 12 April. It is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 to 20:00, and Friday through Sunday from 11:00 to 21:00.Photos by Ramil Nasibulin
