MINSK, 16 April (BelTA) – Belarusian forensic scientists are providing training for their Vietnamese colleagues, BelTA learned from the press service of the State Forensic Examination Committee of Belarus.
Specialists from the State Forensic Examination Committee are currently in Vietnam, where they are training Vietnamese specialists as part of a program on examining fire and explosion scenes, including those of man-made nature.
The training is being carried out within a cooperation agreement on forensic activities signed in July 2019 between Belarus’ State Forensic Examination Committee and Vietnam’s Public Security Ministry.
The training program includes advanced methods of investigating accident scenes, techniques for photo and video documentation, analysis of fire and explosion causes, and procedures for collecting and packaging evidence from fire and explosion sites. It also helps participants put this knowledge into practical use.
This visit opens new opportunities to further cooperation and marks an important step in strengthening ties between the two countries.
