Lukashenko okays appointments in CIS Executive Committee, Union State bodies

MINSK, 3 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has authorized appointments in the CIS Executive Committee and bodies of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, BelTA has learned.

Vitaly Kalenik will occupy the position of the Director of the Organizational Department of the CIS Executive Committee.

Ivan Belchik’s appointment as the Head of the Economy and Sectoral Programs Department of the Standing Committee of the Union State of Belarus and Russia has been authorized.

Aleksei Chernolevsky will occupy the position of the Head of the Legal Support Department of the Standing Committee of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

Vadim Denisenko will lead the Department of Defense Industry and Military Technology Cooperation of the Standing Committee of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

Olga Petrashova will keep working as the First Deputy Executive Secretary of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

Aleksandr Markevich’s appointment as the Deputy Executive Secretary, Head of the Office of the Representation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in the Republic of Belarus has been authorized.

Sergei Stashkevich will occupy the position of the Deputy Head of the Office of the Representation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in the Republic of Belarus.

Svetlana Zhviridovskaya’s appointment as the Deputy Head of the Central Legal Office of the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia has been authorized.
