MINSK, 7 May (BelTA) – Commissioner for Religious and Ethnic Affairs Aleksandr Rumak, together with representatives of religious organizations of traditional confessions and national-cultural public associations, laid flowers at the eternal flame at the Masyukovshchina memorial complex on 7 May, BelTA has learned.
Participants emphasized the importance of preserving peace and harmony in the country through safeguarding the memory of the Great Patriotic War and its heroes.



Representatives of more than 70 nationalities of various faiths took part in the battles to liberate Belarus from the Nazi invaders.
