MINSK, 3 March (BelTA) - A cooperation agreement has been concluded between the Research Institute of the Armed Forces of Belarus and the Secretariat of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly. The document was signed during a working meeting of representatives of the organizations in Minsk, BelTA has learned from the press service of the Defense Ministry.
The parties discussed the information and analytical support for collective security and parliamentary monitoring of the military-political situation in the regions of the CSTO collective security, exchanged views on the state of the military-political situation in the Eastern European region, and identified possible avenues for further cooperation, including within the framework of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly's program of activities for the rapprochement and harmonization of national legislation of the CSTO member states for 2026-2030.
The meeting concluded with the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Research Institute of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and the Secretariat of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
