MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) – Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko told the Belarus 1 TV channel what the presidents and prime ministers of Belarus and Russia discussed in a four-person meeting before the start of the Minsk session of the Union State Supreme State Council, BelTA reports.
Aleksandr Lukashenko, Vladimir Putin, Roman Golovchenko and Mikhail Mishustin were spotted by journalists discussing some issues in the corridors of the Independence Palace before the very start of the Supreme State Council meeting.
