MINSK, 27 April (BelTA) – The Belarusian Ministry of Agriculture and Food revealed how preparations for the 36th international specialized exhibition Belagro 2026 are ongoing, BelTA has learned.
A total of 460 applications have already been submitted by participants from nine countries. The geography continues to expand. “Traditionally, Belarusian enterprises form the core of the exposition, 361 applications. Russian partners have confirmed active participation (63 applications). Chinese manufacturers are showing increased interest (30 applications). Companies from Türkiye, Vietnam, Germany, Palestine, the DPRK, and Tunisia will also take part. Negotiations are underway with representatives of Oman, Georgia, Iran, and Côte d’Ivoire,” the press service said.
In addition to the collective exposition of the Russian Export Center, Bryansk Oblast, Belgorod Oblast, Murmansk Oblast, Chelyabinsk Oblast and Krasnodar Territory have announced their participation. Negotiations with other Russian regions are ongoing.
Large collective expositions will traditionally be prepared by the Belarusian Ministry of Agriculture and Food together with organizations of its system (Belagroservice, Belplemzhivobyedinenie, Belvodkhoz, the agricultural education and science sector, Belsemena, Invet, Belzoovetsnabprom, the Belarusian MIS, BNBC), enterprises of the Belarusian Industry Ministry, and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The exposition of the Belprodukt company is also being formed. Belarusian regions have reserved almost 1,500 square meters for 106 food industry enterprises: the Belgospishcheprom concern (21 enterprises), Minsk Oblast and the city of Minsk (19), Brest Oblast (18); Gomel Oblast (12); Mogilev Oblast (11), Vitebsk Oblast (10).
“The registration for the exhibition continues. Belagro 2026 once again promises to become a large-scale platform for showcasing advanced technologies, strengthening business ties, and concluding new contracts in the agro-industrial sector,” the press service noted.
