MINSK, 31 December (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov met with outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Belarus Sajjad Haider Khan in Minsk on 30 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties lauded the high level of Belarusian-Pakistani ties and the results of cooperation between Belarus and Pakistan in the political, trade and economic avenues.
The parties outlined the plans for 2025, including the return visit of the prime minister of Pakistan to the Republic of Belarus and a number of trade and economic events. The parties reaffirmed their commitment to intensifying bilateral relations.
The minister thanked the ambassador for his personal contribution to strengthening Belarusian-Pakistani relations, efforts to intensify political contacts and expand trade and economic ties.
