MINSK, 17 February (BelTA) - Belarus is making great efforts in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to the Republic of Korea Andrei Chernetsky said as he delivered a lecture during the 29th International Diplomatic Forum at the campus of Hoseo University in Seoul, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in Seoul.
The topic of the lecture was the current challenges and new prospects for cooperation between countries and regions amid high volatility of international contacts and the rapidly changing world order.
The ambassador paid special attention to the Belarusian-Korean relations, Belarus' efforts as part of the UN global agenda, Belarus' progress in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
The discussion also focused on Belarus' contribution to cooperation on climate change, food security and environmental protection.
