MINSK, 28 April (BelTA) – A memorandum on establishing partnership between the Gomel City Executive Committee and two intra-city municipal formations of Moscow was signed by the parties on 28 April in the Russian capital, BelTA learned from the Gomel City Executive Committee.
The event to exchange experience and strengthen international cooperation took place as part of a visit by a Gomel delegation to Moscow. Documents were signed on establishing partnership relations between the Gomel City Executive Committee and two intra-city municipal formations of Moscow: Yasenevo Municipal District and Cheryomushki Municipal District. The representatives sealed their commitment to develop mutually beneficial cooperation across a number of priority areas.
“The signing of the memorandum is an important step towards expanding interaction and creating a solid foundation for long-term partnership. It opens up new opportunities for exchanging best practices and implementing joint initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of residents in our cities,” the Gomel City Executive Committee explained.
The partners expressed their readiness to actively engage in the work, specify areas for cooperation, and discuss joint events and projects.
