MINSK, 28 April (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Federative Republic of Brazil Andrei Andreyev met with Frederico Lamego, Director for International Relations at Brazil’s National Confederation of Industry on 27 April, the Belarusian foreign mission in Brazil told BelTA.
The head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission provided the Brazilian side with a detailed overview of the industrial potential of Belarusian manufacturers MTZ, BelAZ, and Gomselmash, highlighting the competitive advantages of Belarusian agricultural and mining machinery and equipment on the global market, as well as the export capabilities of enterprises within the Belneftekhim and Bellegprom concerns.
The parties outlined joint steps to intensify cooperation. Special attention was given to arranging business visits, exploring mutually beneficial areas of scientific and practical cooperation, and training specialists for various industrial sectors.
