SHANGHAI, 6 November (BelTA) – Belarusian industrial goods are now synonymous with quality, Shengdong Hei, Marketing Director at Chuangji Intelligent Technology (Dalian), told BelTA as he visited Belarus’ national exposition at the eighth China International Import Expo (CIIE 2025) in Shanghai.
Shengdong Hei stated that he liked the Belarusian exhibition, which featured a wide variety of products. He was particularly interested in the machinery from Minsk Tractor Works, which he had heard much about.
Enterprises under the Industry Ministry traditionally showcase their products at CIIE in Shanghai. Minsk Tractor Works is displaying the models of the BELARUS 82.3 and 2022 tractors along with catalogs; MAZ - a model of the MAZ-X, as well as promotional materials and catalogs. Belarusian Steel Works is presenting samples of steel cord, structural rolled products, wire for cutting crystals, and promotional products; Planar is presenting its products through catalogs, brochures, and video presentations. Each of the solutions reflects the high quality standards and innovative approaches characteristic of Belarusian manufacturing.

Shengdong Hei gladly noted that the machinery from Minsk Tractor Works is a world-class quality brand. It is recognized globally, including in China. He noted that he uses Belarusian goods in his work. He purchases Belarusian cheeses, which are very tasty, for client gift baskets.
China International Import Expo has become a unique platform for showcasing the achievements of enterprises under the Industry Ministry, networking, attracting attention of both potential partners and the general public and facilitating experience exchange and studying the needs of the Chinese market.
The eighth China International Import Expo (CIIE) opened in Shanghai on 5 November and will run until 10 November.

The initiative to host the expo belongs to the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping. Since its inception in 2018, the event has traditionally been supported by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the People's Government of Shanghai. The expo covers over 300,000 square meters of exhibition space, bringing together guests from 150 countries and regions, including Australia, Brazil, Qatar, Oman, India, Türkiye, the UAE, Russia, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Italy, Finland, Spain, France, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, and others Over 50 countries and international organizations are featured in the Country Pavilions, with Sweden and the United Arab Emirates serving as Guest Countries of Honor and Kyrgyzstan making its debut.
