Belarus' companies to sign $100m worth of deals in Belgrade

BELGRADE, 2 December (BelTA) – Some $100 million worth of contracts are to be signed during the Belarus-Serbia business forum in Belgrade, Belarus' Ambassador to Serbia Valery Brylev told reporters, BelTA has learned.

“About $100 million worth of deals are to be signed during the business forum. This figure is not big, it should be much bigger,” Valery Brylev believes.

The Belarus-Serbia business forum will take place in Belgrade on 3 December on the sidelines of the visit of the Belarusian president to Serbia. Business people will discuss cooperation prospects in manufacturing, agriculture, petrochemical industry, production of foodstuffs, pharmaceutics, light industry, woodworking and other sectors.

There are plans to sign contracts to supply Belarusian agricultural machinery and trucks, tires, dairy products, timber and other products.
