Belarus’ Alina Harnasko advances into two finals at FIG World Cup in Baku 

MINSK, 18 April (BelTA) - Belarusian Alina Harnasko has advanced to the finals in individual routines at the 2026 FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup series in Baku, Azerbaijan, BelTA s learned.

A total of 80 gymnasts took part in the all-around competition. The leader of Team Belarus scored 105,550 points in four routines and placed 16th. Errors in her ribbon routine prevented her from achieving a higher result. Nevertheless, Alina made it to the top eight in hoop and clubs. The finals will be held on 19 April.

The top three all-around finishers were Ukrainian Taisiia Onofriichuk, Darja Varfolomeev of Germany, and Stiliana Nikolova of Bulgaria. Another Belarusian, Darya Tkacheva, finished in 22nd place. At the previous two World Cups, Belarusian gymnasts won four medals: Harnasko took silver in the ribbon event in Sofia, and Team Belarus earned three bronzes in group exercises.
