"2019 Parliamentary Elections in Belarus"
MINSK, 18 November (BelTA) – Taking part in out-of-country voting at Belarus' parliamentary elections were 3,276 people, Chairperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus Lidia Yermoshina told reporters on 18 November.
According to her 4,789 Belarusians living abroad were eligible to vote. “Some 3,276 voters received ballots; 1,547 people took advantage of the early voting opportunity,” Lidia Yermoshina said.
Out-of-country voters were assigned to Minsk Constituency No. 95 where Oksana Orlova, member of the Communist Party of Belarus, won with 879 votes.
