MINSK, 11 November (BelTA) - Governor of Russia’s Tula Oblast Dmitry Milyaev paid a visit to Belarus last week. Before meeting with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko at the Palace of Independence, he was treated to famous Belarusian sweets. The piece of the video was aired on the First News TV channel, BelTA has learned.
“You should definitely try Belarusian sweets. When [Russian Foreign Minister Sergey] Lavrov was visiting us the previous time, he asked for four kilos of these sweets. The president gave you five kilos. Lavrov is a real expert in sweets,” Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov said.
