MINSK, 1 August (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 307 to approve the intergovernmental draft agreement on air service with Kenya as a basis for holding negotiations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The Transport and Communications Ministry is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and sign the document if the parties come to terms within the approved draft agreement.
