Ganja Auto Plant seeks closer cooperation with Belarusian companies

MINSK, 15 March (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Azerbaijan Andrei Ravkov has paid a working visit to Ganja, the second largest city of Azerbaijan, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in Baku.

During his visit to the Ganja Auto Plant, Andrei Ravkov met with Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company Khanlar Fatiyev and the plant's management. The parties discussed a number of issues related to industrial cooperation between Ganja Auto Plant and Belarusian enterprises, and also opportunities for implementation of joint projects.

The Belarusian diplomat also met with Niyazi Bayramov, head of the executive authority of Ganja, to discuss interregional cooperation. The parties emphasized the importance of further development of bilateral ties in industry, culture and education after the removal of all quarantine restrictions.
