MOSCOW, 11 February (BelTA) – Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Yuri Seliverstov has met with Peruvian Ambassador to the Russian Federation Manuel Augusto De Cossío Klüver, the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission told BelTA.
The diplomats discussed cooperation between Belarus and Peru in politics, economy and trade, mutual support within international organizations, as well as the development of the legal framework. “Yuri Seliverstov proposed exploring in more detail the areas where our country’s expertise would be of greatest interest to Peru. In particular, the Belarusian ambassador highlighted Belarusian engineering products, particularly agricultural machinery, and expressed the opinion that they would be in demand on the Peruvian market,” the press service reported.
“Manuel Augusto De Cossío Klüver, in turn, supported the idea to explore new areas of cooperation between our countries,” the diplomatic mission added.
