Belarus' ambassador presents copies of credentials to Russia's deputy FM

MINSK, 16 August (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Dmitry Krutoi has presented copies of his credentials to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Pankin, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The diplomats exchanged views on topical issues of bilateral cooperation and discussed a schedule of upcoming contacts at the highest and high levels. “They also reviewed cooperation within the framework of the Union State, integration processes in Eurasia and international developments. The parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening Belarus-Russia relations in the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance, implementing decisions of the supreme bodies of the Union State and coordinating foreign policy decisions.
