Belarus’ ambassador presents credentials to Tanzanian president

MINSK, 25 April (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kenya and concurrently to Tanzania Dmitry Krasovsky presented his credentials to President Samia Suluhu Hassan of Tanzania on 24 April, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the official ceremony, on behalf of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and the Belarusian people, the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission conveyed warm congratulations to the Tanzanian president on the upcoming national holiday, Tanzania Union Day.

Ambassador Dmitry Krasovsky emphasized that Belarus’ accumulated experience and advanced technologies in the production of agricultural machinery could become a key factor in the mechanization of Tanzanian agriculture.

At the end of the meeting, Samia Suluhu Hassan wished the ambassador success in his work for the further strengthening of Belarus-Tanzania relations.
