Orthodox celebrate Zhirovichi Icon of the Mother of God

Orthodox celebrate the appearance of the Zhirovichi Icon of the Mother of God, one of the most venerated objects in Belarus, on 20 May.

The icon is kept in the Zhirovichi Holy Dormition Stavropegic Monastery.
