A dairy farm with a capacity of 1,000 head of dairy cattle was opened at the Lebedev Agrofirm branch of the Gomelenergo enterprise in the agrotown of Danilovichi, Vetka District on 25 April. The farm was built using advanced technologies: freestall housing and automated milking. The new facility features clear zoning: separate areas for lactating and dry cows, a calving unit, and sections for housing calves of different ages, including the nursery period in individual hutches followed by housing in a building with a milk kitchen. For the forage base, land areas have been expanded and new equipment has been purchased.
