HARARE, 7 April (BelTA - ZBC) - Zimbabwe's 4×400 metres team has qualified for the World Relays set for Botswana next month.
World Athletics confirmed Zimbabwe’s place at the global showpiece after publishing the final qualification rankings at the close of the window, with Zimbabwe in 24th position enough to secure a slot in Botswana.
The quartet of Gerren Muwishi, Leeford Zuze, Thandazani Ndlovu and Dennis Hove will represent the country.
Zimbabwe is among 24 nations set to compete at the relays, joining global powerhouses including Jamaica, the United States, South Africa and hosts Botswana.
