
MINSK, 16 April (BelTA) - The lampada-capsule with the Holy Fire from the Holy Sepulchre will be delivered to Belarus in the morning of 20 April, the day of Christ's Resurrection, BelTA learned from the official portal of the Belarusian Orthodox Church.
By tradition, the plane carrying a delegation of the Apostle Andrew the First Called Foundation will arrive with the lampada-capsule from Jerusalem at Moscow's Vnukovo airport on 19 April at 23.00. There they will be met by representatives of the Belarusian Orthodox Church who will deliver the lamp to the Belarusian land.
The lampada-capsule with the Holy Fire is expected to arrive at the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Minsk at 9.00 in the morning by the beginning of the Divine Liturgy. It will be met by representatives of the Eparchies of the Belarusian Orthodox church to then deliver it to different towns and villages of Belarus.
