Rechitsadrev is a modern full-cycle wood processing enterprise specializing in the production of particle boards, laminated particle boards, glued plywood, furniture, synthetic resins, and fuel briquettes. The company employs more than 1,200 people, 40% of whom are women. These include both experienced professionals who have dedicated decades of their lives to the profession and young specialists. Remarkably, in one of the most challenging segments (plywood production) the workforce is 80% female.
