Moldovan citizens residing in Russia have traveled to Minsk to vote in their country’s parliamentary elections. With only two polling stations in all of Russia – both located in Moscow – the existing facilities cannot accommodate the large number of eligible voters. As a result, members of the Moldovan diaspora came to the Moldovan Embassy in Belarus, where a polling station had been established to handle the influx.
