Glassblowing is an ancient craft that involves shaping objects from molten glass. At Neman Glassworks, women have mastered this profession just as successfully as men. One of them is Tatyana Dymovich. After graduating from the Neman State Professional Lyceum, Tatyana Vasilyevna started at the factory as a grinder. Over time, she learned glass engraving and eventually mastered the art of glassblowing. She has now been working as a glassblower for nearly 20 years, producing between 350 and 430 pieces per shift.
