MINSK, 10 March (BelTA) – The National Center of Legislation and Legal Research of Belarus is carrying out a legislative and regulatory monitoring of the law on free economic zones (FEZ), BelTA learned from the website of the National Legal Internet Portal.
The monitoring is meant to analyze the law on the FEZ, its implementation practices and efficiency of the regulation of public relations. The National Center of Legislation and Legal Research invites all interested parties to contribute their views. The center would like to study positive and negative consequences of adopting this law and to identify outdated and inefficient regulations, gaps and conflicts.
Suggestions and comments can be submitted through special sections on the Legal Forum of Belarus and the National Center of Legislation and Legal Research till 27 March.
The center noted that these suggestion are not considered to be legal appeals, thus the center will not respond to them.
