MINSK, 22 January (BelTA) – Plans have been made to arrange a regular Belarusian-Lithuanian economic forum in the city of Klaipeda in May. The forum's organization was discussed as Belarusian Economy Minister Aleksandr Chervyakov met with Lithuanian Vice Minister of Economy and Innovation Jekaterina Rojaka and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Lithuania to Belarus Andrius Pulokas, BelTA has learned.
Preparations for the 15th Belarusian-Lithuanian economic forum, which is due to take place in Klaipeda in May 2020, were discussed during the meeting.
The sides looked into topical matters concerning the state and prospects of trade, economic, and investment cooperation between Belarus and Lithuania. Potential avenues of cooperation in economic affairs were reviewed.
