BELARUS tractors to be assembled in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, 26 November (BelTA) – BELARUS tractors with a capacity of over 100 hp are to be assembled in Pakistan. This plan was announced following the talks of the Belarusian delegation headed by Industry Minister Aleksandr Yefimov with the heads of Pakistani companies Green Corporate Initiative (Private) Limited and Heavy Industries Taxila, BelTA learned from the press service of Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ trademark).

MTZ Director General Sergei Avramenko signed a memorandum of cooperation that sets out deadlines and an algorithm to implement the project.

“Industrial cooperation is one of the most important aspects of our joint work with Pakistani partners. Tractors with a capacity of over 100 hp have not been supplied to Pakistan on a regular basis before. And the assembly production will have long-term mutual benefits.
