World-class investor: Dana Holdings presents projects at BUDEXPO 2021

The construction of the International Financial Center in Minsk will contribute to the development of the Belarusian economy and help the country to reach a new level of development, Director of Dana Astra Pavel Ovcharov said at the BUDEXPO 2021 International Architectural and Construction Exhibition.

“The International Financial Center will create thousands of new jobs. Investors here will use the principles of English law. In addition, we are preparing a reform in the economy and financial sector of the Republic of Belarus. All these will give an impetus to the country's economy and will raise it a few notches higher," he said.

BUDEXPO 2021 is taking place in the Belarusian capital for the 23rd time. Its key themes are affordable and comfortable housing and new approaches to urban planning. That is why Dana Astra, a part of Dana Holdings, holds one of the main stands of the exposition.

The developer has already implemented several ambitious projects in the capital city - Mayak Minska, Vivaldi and Tchaikovsky residential complexes and the Capital Palace business center. The Minsk World multifunctional complex and the Park Chelyuskintsev residential complex are under construction now.

The company's stand drew attention of many visitors of the expo, especially thanks to one of the largest investment projects – the Minsk World complex that is being built as ‘a city within a city”. The construction of the complex is running ahead of schedule, the developer successfully fulfills the construction goals.

The multifunctional complex Minsk World occupies more than three million square meters and is home to residential buildings as well as twelve schools and eight kindergartens, polyclinics for children and adults, cafes and shops, and everything necessary for an active lifestyle. The complex has great access to public transport, with ground transport stops and two metro stations: Kovalskaya Sloboda (already operating) and Aerodromnaya (under construction right in the complex).

So far, more than 30 residential buildings with the total area of around 550,000 square meters have been commissioned. The real estate developer created not only affordable and high-quality housing, but also great infrastructure.

The premium residential complex Park Chelyuskintsev in the very heart of the nation's capital is a vivid example for those, who would love to live in the countryside without leaving the city. The Botanical Garden is nearby as well as Chelyuskintsev Park, clinics and medical centers, schools and kindergartens. There are children's playgrounds and sports grounds inside the complex. Two metro stations and ground transport stops are located within a two-minute walk distance.

“Our company has something to offer to those who need housing in Minsk and to those who need premises to do business. In the first two months of the year over 2,500 contracts on buying residential estate and commercial estate were signed,” added the director of Dana Astra Company.

According to Chairman of the Union of Architects of Belarus Oleg Bykovsky, the investments being channeled into the country thanks to Dana Holdings' operations are staggering. Apart from that, the company constantly expands possibilities for its consumers to buy apartments.
