Karina: We are in love with the house. The building is beautiful inside and outside. We spent a lot of time choosing the house, we walked a lot around the area. We chose this house for the beauty of the facade!

Sergei: The house is good. I like everything! Everything is great! When I was buying the apartment, I paid the entire sum in advance, so I was given a discount. Viktor: We wanted to buy an apartment located on the eastern side. We were looking for options without other houses within a 100-meter radius. Having a metro station nearby was an important condition. We went to various districts, analyzed the location and quality, and examined the finished newly built apartments, which were up for sale.
