Russian reporters to go on fact-finding trip to Grodno Oblast on 13-17 August

MINSK, 13 August (BelTA) – Representatives of Russian mass media will be in Grodno Oblast on 13-17 August. They will be made familiar with the rich history and culture of Grodno Oblast as part of a fact-finding trip meant to explore the tourism potential of the region, representatives of the Belarusian Information Ministry told BelTA.

Representatives of 13 mass media from various parts of Russia will take part in the media trip: from the Republic of Bashkortostan, from the cities of Chelyabinsk, Lipetsk, Nizhny Tagil, Moscow, and Naryan-Mar.

As part of the media trip they will travel to Lida, Novogrudok, Vselyub, Mir, Zhirovichi, Slonim, Synkovichi, Shilovichi, Ozery, Svyatsk, and Grodno.

The first destination on the media trip’s itinerary will be the city of Lida. The video content they will make during the trip will be broadcast by Russian TV channels.
