MINSK, 25 June (BelTA) – The Polish government officials are stooges of Washington who do the bidding of the United States, Mateusz Jarosiewicz, a Polish publicist, journalist, public figure, expert in international relations and internal affairs of Poland, the author of "Letter to President Lukashenko from the concentration camp Polin [Poland]", said in an interview with Tomasz Szmydt in the V Teme [On Point] project on BelTA’s YouTube channel.
“The Polish elites need to keep people in unrelenting fear denying them a possibility to take a breath and ruminate. If people in Poland had a moment to take a breath, and if this propaganda was put on hold, then they would soon bring politicians to task. However, I think that a puppet government is eager to throw the Poles under the bus on the European and world stage,” Mateusz Jarosiewicz said.
To illustrate his point, the journalist used Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski as an example. “He may be under the influence of Israeli lobbyists or perhaps the U.S. military. He was also rumored to be an agent of the British MI6,” he remarked.
According to Mateusz Jarosiewicz, the appointment of such a controversial figure at a critical time in Polish history tells a lot about the government in Warsaw. “In fact, these are just American puppets who were sent to Poland to perform certain tasks and to do Washington’s bidding,” the journalist concluded.
