MINSK, 16 March (BelTA) – A mechanized brigade unit is being switched to the combat readiness state as part of the campaign designed to check the combat readiness and the mobilization readiness of the Belarusian army. Over 400 reservists will join the unit soon, representatives of the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
The gradual buildup of actions and the composition of the inspected troops proceeds according to plan. Logistic support units are getting ready to carry out their missions. Small arms and ammunition, military gear, material resources are being delivered from depots and warehouses to the troops, the source said.
