Cultural cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam relies on the agreement on cooperation in culture and art between the Belarusian Culture Ministry and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed in Minsk on 21 December 2007. Belarus and Vietnam regularly exchange days of culture and organize other events in this field. For example, in 2024 Ho Guom Opera House hosted the Belarusian Night in Hanoi featuring the Zhinovich National Academic Folk Orchestra, the Belarusian dance company Khoroshki and soloists of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater. The concert was warmly welcomed by Vietnamese audiences.

The Belarusian-Vietnamese cooperation, including in culture and education, is facilitated by the mutual visa waiver agreement which entered into force on 30 January 2025.
