MINSK, 3 December (BelTA) – Belarus' Margarita Martynova has won the Miss Supramodel of Europe 2018 subtitle in the Top Model round of the Miss Supranational 2018 beauty pageant. The final show will take place on 7 December. The prestigious beauty contest will be broadcast in prime time by the ONT TV channel on 15 December, BelTA has learned from Spokesperson of the channel Svetlana Tikhonova.
“We have got good news from Warsaw that is hosting one of the most prestigious beauty pageants - Miss Supranational 2018. More than 70 beauties from around the world are competing for the crown. Belarus' Margarita Martynova has already been named Miss Supramodel of Europe,” Svetlana Tikhonova said.
The 22-year old Margarita Martynova was born in Slonim. She graduated from the Philology Faculty of Yanka Kupala Grodno State University majoring in foreign languages. She is a teacher at Secondary School No. 39 of Grodno.
In May Margarita Martynova won the First Runner-up title at the Miss Belarus 2018 pageant. A year before she was named Miss Grodno. In 2016 she was crowned as the most beautiful girl of Yanka Kupala Grodno State University.
