Lukashenko meets with head of Belarus President's Security Service

MINSK, 23 August (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with Head of the Belarus President's Security Service Dmitry Shakhrayev to receive his report on 23 August, BelTA informs.

The agenda of the meeting included organizational and personnel matters, corresponding proposals. The participants of the meeting also discussed further improvement of the Belarus President's Security Service, including from the point of view of the experience accumulated during last year's events, in the face of emerging challenges and threats.

The head of state was informed that the plans prepared by the Belarus President's Security Service, including in cooperation with other government bodies, will help promptly and efficiently respond to any challenges and threats in the changing environment.
